CLASSES and COURSES for 2025

6 week course w/b 24th February 2025, £150 for 6 sessions

Mondays 10am – 12pm with Rosa Bond – full

Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30pm with Carol- full

Wednesdays 2.30 – 4.30pm with Carol – full

Wednesdays 6.30 – 8.30pm With Rosa – full

Fridays 10.30 – 12.30 with Carol – full

  • Each set of classes is taught with a theme and a technique as a focus, allowing regular students to build up a wide range of skills. Students are also welcome to follow their own projects with technical and creative support on hand
  • Mixed classes suitable for beginners and improvers
  • 5 potters wheels available for use during classes
  • Note: if you wish to work on the wheel, an individual lesson or attendance at a throwing workshop beforehand is recommended, enabling you to work independently

THROWING  TASTER SESSIONS 

 Half day sessions, 10am – 12.30pm on a Sunday, or 2.30pm – 5pm on a Thursday, cost £55 per person inclusive of materials, finishing, glazing and firing your work.  New dates added two months in

4 spaces available at each throwing workshop to allow individual tuition

  • suitable for beginners and improvers
  • materials, glazing and firing included
  • intensive focus on establishing good technique through observing demonstrations, feedback and direction, and repetition of forms

HANDBUILDING TASTER DAYS 2025

£75 inclusive of materials, finishing, glazing and firing your work

Limited to 6 places and suitable for beginners. Learn to coil, pinch and slab – this is a flexible day which will allow you to develop your own ideas once you have mastered these basic hand-building techniques – materials, glazing and

 

SUPPORTED THROWING DROP IN SESSIONS

(You need either to have attended a Throwing session, or be able to throw)

Monday afternoons 2.30 to 4.30pm with George

Wednesday mornings 10am to 12pm with Stacey

Friday afternoons 2pm – 4pm with Stacey

Self directed, ideal for students wishing to practice on the wheel, bookable weekly via a WhatsApp group, £20 plus materials and firing (£15 if you already attend a weekly class)
